Grandma does some silly things

My mum says,

Just like me

Grandma likes to make a mess in the kitchen making cupcakes,

She likes to paint with a big brush too

And sing at the top of her voice,

just like me

I think she must have been a little girl once!

She likes to build sandcastles on the beach

And paddle in the waves collecting shells

Just like me,

I think she must have been a little girl once!

Grandma likes to eat ice cream

She likes to go swimming and make big splashes too!

And have picnics in the park

just like me

I think she must have been a little girl once!

Grandma likes to go to the library

and find a book to read,

She likes to ride on a big red bus

And go shopping with my mummy too

just like me

I think she must have been a little girl once!

Grandma likes an afternoon nap,

She likes to swish through the autumn leaves with her boots

And eat spaghetti for dinner

Just like me.

Grandma likes to tell bedtime stories

about……

when she once was a little girl!
